Secretary’s Report - approved (m/s Rooney/Bird)

Financial Report: Checking Balance as of 12/31/12 $2919.32

Savings Balance as of 12/31/12 $9359.38

Committee Reports

Membership - 81 paid members plus 15 in current class

Old Business

Silent Auction – generated $1953; the 50/50 raffle generated $158 for the winner

New Business

Accounting Transition
- Paypal account is closed.
- LBMAA members can pay online through Chamber website
- Edits of LBMAA website has begun
- Will be closing bank accounts this month
- Need to notify Krafty WebWerks of change in billing address
Need to send Wes bylaw change to be posted
Need to correct board list and send to Wes
LBMAA Savings Balance
- How do we reinvest into membership?
  - Discussion about enhancing learning and social offerings
  - Board will include brainstorming during February board meeting regarding this issue. All committee members will be invited. Lunch will be served.
