LBMAA Board of Directors Meeting

April 9, 2012

Present: Robin Thorstenson, Tim Pfaff, TJ Rooney, Susie Kocourek

Due to lack of quorum, no business was conducted. A few announcements were shared.

Treasury: Checking Balance on 3/31/12 - $220.13; Savings Balance on 3/31/12 - $10,735.18

Member survey was distributed on 4/9/12.

LBM Steering Committee will meet on Friday, April 15, at 2pm. The committee will evaluate the changes made as part of the Refresh Project.

Currently, Susie has one nomination for Distinguished Alum.
